Support
Questions and bug reports go to one email address. Please read the known limitations first. Caption mistakes are more likely with noisy or overlapping speech, and reports are welcome, especially repeated errors, missing speech or unexpected behaviour.
Email: [SUPPORT EMAIL] support@substrike.com.au
Typical response time: [RESPONSE TIME]
The mailbox is still being set up, so this draft page lists the address but does not link to it.
What to include in a bug report
- Your Substrike version (Home, About & licences) and your Windows version.
- Your graphics card and driver, if the problem is about export or GPU encoding.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, in order.
- The exact error message, or a screenshot of the queue row or dialog.
- The clip's length, size and format, and whether it came from OBS, and which speech model you use.
- Whether the first-run downloads finished (speech model, timing model, optional cleanup model).
- For a purchase or refund question: the email you bought with and your order number.
Please do not send your footage unless we ask. If you do attach clips, logs or screenshots, we use them only to help you and delete them within 30 days after the issue is closed. See the privacy notice.
Refunds: see the refund policy. You do not need to explain a bug to ask for a refund within 14 days.
